Minds Behind EDHINI
Between 1986 and 2022, we wore corporate badges, chased deadlines, and believed productivity was a virtue. But somewhere along the way, we began asking deeper questions — about our health, our food, and what really mattered.
We saw friends and colleagues suffer from illnesses that could've been prevented — ailments that didn't need to happen, if only our lifestyles had more intention and less intensity. That's when it hit us: the life we were investing in the corporate grind wasn't giving much back.
Just stress, sickness, and a growing disconnect from the basics of living.
So we hit pause.
And we turned to what's been around long before PowerPoint decks and coffee-fueled meetings — the Earth.
'Edhini', Sanskrit for Earth, isn't just a name — it's our second chance. A return to nature, health, and purpose.
We swapped work phones for muddy boots and spreadsheets for soil samples. Not overnight — it took 4 years of searching, learning, and unlearning.
We found a piece of untouched land — no farming for the last 10–20 years — a rare treasure in today's pesticide-heavy world. We knew we didn't want to fix soil; we wanted to start with clean soil.
And that's how Edhini took root.
Today, every lentil, every masala we offer is a promise:
No chemicals.
No shortcuts.
No toxins.
Just good food, grown slowly, with care.
Because if our journey taught us one thing, it's this —
Your health is your true wealth.
And the Earth always provides, if you treat her right.
